Pay Rate: $26.98/hour
Shifts Available:

B Shift: Sunday–Tuesday and alternating Wednesdays, 5:40 PM–6:00 AM
-
D Shift: Thursday–Saturday and alternating Wednesdays, 5:40 PM–6:00 AM
Interview: Onsite
Overtime: Required
Key Responsibilities:
-
Operate packaging machinery, winder systems, and banding equipment
-
Print and apply pallet labels using MII, SAP, and Ignition systems
-
Perform quality checks and ensure finished products meet weight/thickness standards
-
Communicate equipment issues or product abnormalities to appropriate teams
-
Complete workstation/equipment cleanup and support environmental and safety compliance
-
Accurately report production data, including scrap and rework
-
Support TPM initiatives and preventive maintenance
Must-Haves:
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Manufacturing or production experience preferred
-
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic data entry
-
Strong communication skills and mechanical aptitude
-
Ability to work 12-hour shifts in varying temperature environments
-
Willingness to wear PPE, lift 40 lbs, and become forklift certified if needed
