Position: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Modesto, CA
Schedule: 12HR Shifts  | Alternating - 4on/3off, 3on/4off
Pay Rate: $22.00/HR
 

Summary: 
We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Coordinator to help manage the daily movement of goods in and out of the facility. This role supports production by ensuring materials are delivered on time and shipments go out accurately. You'll work with internal systems, warehouses, and third-party carriers to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and track shipments using our transportation systems.
• Monitor inventory and deliveries to support just-in-time production.
• Communicate with carriers and solve delivery issues quickly.
• Check trucks in and out of the facility and direct them as needed.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents like BOLs, seals, and inspection forms.
• Work closely with the warehouse team on daily needs and special projects.
• Ensure all processes follow safety and quality standards.
• Other duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse coordination is a plus.
• Comfortable using systems like SAP, OTM, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, especially with shipping documents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
