  • Lead Logistics Operations: Oversee key warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping goods so that both inbound and outbound shipments are executed safely, efficiently, and on time.
  • Keep It Precise: Maintain accurate inventory and shipment data in the ERP system, and ensure all steps follow established company procedures and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate Like a Pro: Partner with internal teams, external carriers, and third-party logistics providers to schedule, book, and track shipments—ensuring customer orders are delivered as promised.
  • Support Compliance: Organize materials for proper storage, manage documentation for customs when needed, and stay up-to-date on all relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams and maintain clear, professional communication with customers, carriers, and team members.
  • Embrace Variety: Roll up your sleeves for a range of tasks—from arranging pallets and final packing, to operating forklifts and supporting other warehouse activities as required.
What You Bring:
  • Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 4 years in warehouse or logistics roles; experience with logistics coordination is a must.
  • Certifications: Forklift certification highly preferred (or the ability to earn it within 30 days).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems. Familiarity with customs processes a big plus.
  • Team Spirit & Drive: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Driven, reliable, and results-focused.
  • Problem Solver: Strong organizational, multitasking, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent Communicator: Clear, professional, and effective in both verbal and written communications. Comfortable interfacing with all levels, from internal teams to outbound carriers.
  • Safety First: Deep knowledge of and respect for warehouse safety protocols.
