Location: Milford, CT | Pay: $25.43 - $25.74 per hour
Shifts:
- 2nd Shift 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM – Monday to Friday
- 3rd Shift 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM - Sunday to Thursday

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Operate high-speed molding or packaging machines in alignment with safety and quality standards
• Keep production moving by loading materials, conducting product changeovers, and addressing equipment stops
• Perform routine quality checks and maintain accurate documentation
• Contribute to a safe and clean workplace by following housekeeping standards and SOPs

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Bring experience with high-speed, automated manufacturing or packaging machines
• Can lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for 12-hour shifts
• Are flexible, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Have a strong attention to detail and are motivated to meet production goals
