Job Title: Machine Operator I – Confidential Customer
Location: Coppell, TX 75019
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00

Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd shift positions at our manufacturing facility in Coppell, TX. This role involves setting up and operating machinery used in the fabrication of metal products, as well as light assembly work. Candidates with a background in automotive repair, mechanical work, or similar hands-on technical trades are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment

  • Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

  • Carry out light assembly of fabricated metal parts

  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • 1–3 years of machine operation or relevant experience in manufacturing, automotive, or mechanical fields

  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude highly valued

  • Computer skills a plus

  • Forklift experience a plus

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must be able to provide valid ID

  • Must pass a drug test

  • No felony convictions

  • Ability to commute to Coppell, TX 75019

Shifts Available:
  • 1st Shift

  • 2nd Shift

  • Overtime may be required
