Job Title: Machine Operator – Electronics Assembly
Location: Middletown, PA

Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $20.00/hr

  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $21.25/hr
     

Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated Machine Operators to join our team in Middletown, PA. In this role, you will operate semi-automated and automated machines to assemble electronic components, including terminal blocks. You will help ensure the production process runs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery.

  • Perform machine changeovers and troubleshoot equipment as needed.

  • Assemble electronic components according to work instructions and quality standards.

  • Use tools, calipers, and other manufacturing equipment accurately.

  • Read and comprehend assembly blueprints, production documents, and standardized print reading materials (if required).

  • Carry boxes up to 20 lbs / 3 cubic feet up and down portable staircases.

  • Climb portable staircases up to 12 feet when necessary.

  • Use pallet jacks to move materials.

  • Work overtime, including weekends, as production demands require.
     

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Technology preferred.

  • Minimum of 1 year practical experience in factory automation or electronics manufacturing preferred.

  • Ability to read, understand, and follow assembly blueprints and production documents.

  • Strong computer skills and basic math skills for troubleshooting.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during a shift.
