Kelly® is seeking Machine Operators in Boothwyn, PA.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$18.00 per hour
Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Weekly rotation between day and night shifts every 2 weeks
Schedules: Sunday – Wednesday or Wednesday – Saturday

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MACHINE OPERATION EXPERIENCE

What's a typical day as a Machine Operator? You'll be:
- Setting up and operating all production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Cleaning and changing tooling as required by the production schedule.
- Maintaining quality standards during the shift, utilizing dial calipers and micrometers for precision.
- Labeling production on each production line and retrieving raw materials for production.
- Removing finished stock from extrusion lines for transfer to inventory and operating a forklift for material handling.
- Maintaining accurate inventory counts and completing daily production logs.

Requirements:
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or vocational/technical training.
- Possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to safety and proper use of PPE (heat-resistant gloves, sleeves, steel-toed boots).
- Bring a minimum of two years of manufacturing experience and have mechanical aptitude.
- Are able to lift up to 75 pounds and have forklift operation experience.
