Machinist

Pay: $17.50–$24/hr (based on experience) 
Location: Rochester, NY
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8 hour shifts and 4x10 hour shifts
Employment Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Hire

Join a growing precision manufacturing team as a Machinist! This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with basic machining skills who are ready to grow into a long-term career. Setup experience is a plus but not required  we provide hands-on training for motivated candidates.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate CNC machines to produce high-precision components
• Follow detailed job instructions, blueprints, and safety protocols
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges for quality
• Learn setup and operation procedures from experienced machinists
• Cross-train on additional operations to support the team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

What You Bring:

• Basic machining experience (CNC preferred, not required)
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn setup, measurement, and inspection processes
• Reliable attendance and ability to work 10-hour shifts standing
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
