• Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
• Work schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
• Downtown location with easy access to public transportation

Mailroom Services Coordinator
This is a fully on-site role that supports mailroom operations, shipping/receiving, and document processing for internal and external clients. Key duties include sorting, scanning, indexing, and distributing physical and electronic documents, handling packages, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials within service level agreements.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages; deliver to appropriate recipients
  • Scan, index, and classify documents using multiple systems
  • Prepare and ship parcels and freight; manage shipping requests
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; process invoices and POs
  • Maintain mailroom equipment and restock supplies
  • Box and label scanned materials for storage and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support process improvements
  • Meet quality, quantity, and turnaround standards within SLAs
 
Must-Haves:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of mailroom experience, and mail shipping/receiving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on-site full-time
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
 
Strongly Preferred Qualifications:
  • USPS/UPS shipping experience
  • Familiarity with document indexing systems or scanning equipment
  • Understanding of inventory or supply chain processes
  • Prior experience in a corporate mailroom or facilities support role
