Pay Rate: $15 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am to 3:30pm
Location: Springfield, OH 45505
Position Type: Temporary lasting six months, possible extension

What's a typical day as Mailroom Specialist? You'll be:

• Managing mailroom operations, including OPEX scanning of documents.
• Ensuring accuracy and quality control through detailed hand/eye coordination.
• Handling various assignments efficiently while maintaining strong organizational standards.
• Reporting daily to the mailroom supervisor or team lead.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have good hand/eye coordination and strong attention to detail.
• Possess basic computer skills and can make sound decisions independently.
• Demonstrate flexibility and are comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Hold a High School Diploma or GED (must have).
• Have previous mailroom experience (preferred); knowledge of homeowner's insurance or mortgage documents is a plus.
• Are able to sit for extended periods and efficiently learn new policies and procedures.
• Are available to work Monday-Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
