Maintenance Manager | Direct Hire| $110,000-140,000/yr. based on skills & experience
Kelly, in partnership with our client, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead campus maintenance operations, facility improvements, and equipment reliability. Position Information:
• Supervise daily production operations to ensure targets are achieved efficiently within the Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the reliability and integrity of campus facilities, grounds, and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to maintenance best practices, policies, and procedures, leveraging the CMMS for efficient scheduling and tracking of all maintenance activities.
• Provide technical guidance, resolve daily maintenance issues, and facilitate clear communication across all shifts.
• Monitor inventory levels for spare parts, supplies, and tools to maintain operational readiness and minimize downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety programs while promoting a culture of safety and housekeeping excellence.
• Support production targets by coordinating timely, cost-effective repairs to maximize equipment capacity and longevity.
• Collaborate with vendors for procurement of equipment and services, negotiating to secure optimal outcomes for current projects.
• Educate staff and ensure compliance with relevant governmental regulations, including environmental, safety, and transportation standards.
• Plan and execute facility expansions, utility improvements, and machinery rebuild or upgrade projects to support company growth.
• Provide plant engineering and technical support for manufacturing initiatives, including equipment installations, layout modifications, and permit applications.
Required Experience:
• 6+ years of professional experience in facility maintenance.
• 6+ years in a supervisory or managerial maintenance role.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, engineering, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E Electrical Safety in industrial settings.
• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Proven project management skills.
