Maintenance Mechanic — $30/hr, 1st & 2nd Shift
Join our team as a Maintenance Mechanic in a fast-paced, friendly manufacturing environment! We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving. You'll play a key role in keeping our equipment running smoothly and helping us maintain a safe, productive workplace.

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair facility and manufacturing equipment
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and Manlift (training provided)
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
• Work with a team in noisy and temperature-varied environments
• Help organize and keep the workshop clean

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: $30/hr
• Choice of shift:
  • 1st Shift: 5am–1:30pm
  • 2nd Shift: 1pm–9:30pm

What You Need:

• Able to stand for long periods and do some heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs with assistance)
• Comfortable working in cold areas (chiller room — jacket provided if needed)
• Willing to wear hearing protection
• Steel toe shoes required
• Experience with hands and power tools
• Must be fluent in English or Spanish (reading and writing)
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
