At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we're hiring for Maintenance Mechanics (Direct Hire) to join our team in Scottsville, NY. Whether you're just starting your career in maintenance or have years of experience, we offer opportunities for growth and development!

Pay: $20-28/hr. (Depending on experience). Direct Hire!
Schedule: A Shift (6am to 4pm, Mon-Thurs). Paid lunch breaks.

Summary: As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including man lifts and small engines (e.g., mowers). You will be performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to keep all equipment in optimal working condition.

Essential Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of parts on small engines and mobile equipment.
• Support the team by assisting with diagnosing and fixing broken or malfunctioning equipment.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be clean-shaven (or able to pass fit testing to wear a respirator).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand/power tools and basic maintenance equipment.
  Experience with mobile equipment, small engines, or automotive repairs is a plus.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, climbing, crawling).
• Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment that includes exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and loud noise levels.
