Description

Kelly® is seeking a skilled Maintenance Scheduler for a leading energy client! If you have extensive SAP, Prometheus, and P6 experience, plus a passion for planning and scheduling, we want to hear from you.

Pay Rate: Up to $70 per hour
Contract: 1 year
Location:  Sabine Pass, TX Essential Duties / Functions

  • Schedule maintenance & reliability programs for plant assets.
  • Create/maintain project and outage schedules using industry-standard planning software.
  • Plan and prioritize work for rapid response, efficient backlog maintenance, and strong cost control.
  • Develop job packs with all necessary job plan details.
  • Coordinate work order and schedule development with Operations and Maintenance teams.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and look-ahead schedules for expense and upgrade projects, collaborating with supervisors, engineering, and technicians.
  • Manage workforce dispatching and manpower availability with supervision.
  • Offer technical support for personnel using CMMS modules.
  • Ensure proper work order documentation.
  • Identify material requirements and interface with vendors/supply chain as needed.
  • Assist in developing KPIs and producing compliance reports, including data analysis and trends.
  • Request and assist in procedural changes and updates.
  • Recommend and implement training to improve maintenance effectiveness.
  • Assist with budget development as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Degree or similar preferred.
  • 5+ years of maintenance experience utilizing SAP in Oil & Gas or petrochemical facilities.
  • Heavy working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and execution processes & best practices.
  • Prometheus experience required
  • Primavera P6 experience required.
  • Scheduling of small to medium scale projects.
  • Familiarity with scaffolding, painting, insulating, heavy equipment operations, welding, fabrication, and machining work estimation/planning.
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills.
  • Experience in PHMSA regulated Pipeline facilities preferred.
  • Experience with gas compression and metering equipment preferred.

Certifications/Licenses:
  • Maintain/obtain a valid TWIC card in good standing.
  • State Issued Current and Valid Driver's License
