Location: Fremont, CA 94555
Pay Rate: $30.82
Shifts Available: 8am to 5pm (Mondays to Fridays onsite, willingness to take weekend hours if needed) 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine & Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular inspections, scheduled maintenance, and upkeep of machinery, equipment, and building systems to ensure efficiency and prevent breakdowns.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Quickly diagnose and repair equipment and system issues to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Accurately document all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements, ensuring compliance with procedures.
  • Collaboration & Vendor Coordination: Work closely with internal departments, vendors, and property maintenance teams to address and coordinate maintenance needs across the facility. 

Must-Haves:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training or certification in maintenance or related fields is preferred. 
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or related roles is essential. 
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in performing basic lab equipment maintenance, such as oiling pumps and defrosting cold storage units. 
  • Preferred Experience: Previous experience working in a clean room and under Good 
  • Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is desirable. Familiarity with HVAC systems is advantageous.
