Maintenance Technician II
Location: Clackamas, OR
Schedule: Compressed Workweek – Sunday–Tuesday, every other Wednesday | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $36/hr (DOE; higher wages available for highly qualified candidates)
As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe systems to keep our operations running smoothly. You'll leverage our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and perform preventative and predictive maintenance while driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, diagnose, and repair machinery and equipment.

Dismantle defective machines and install new or repaired parts.

Perform lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments on equipment components.

Repair and maintain physical structures and facility systems.

Operate machine tools (lathe, grinder, drill, milling machine) to fabricate parts and tools as needed.

Document all work performed in preventive maintenance system.

Support continuous improvement and contribute to a safe, efficient, and reliable operation.

Minimum 3 years of relevant mechanical experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Experience with Krones equipment is a strong plus.

Proven ability to install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and systems.

Computer literacy and ability to use CMMS software.

Ability to lift 50–60 lbs safely.

Strong work ethic, dependability, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Stable work history with demonstrated commitment to prior employers.
