Compensation:

• Starting Rate: $16/hour
• Post-Hire Rate: $18/hour (effective after 90 days upon permanent hiring)

Work Schedule:

• Hours: Day shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM, with a rotating schedule

Role Overview:
Join our team as an Entry Level Manufacturing Assembly Associate, perfect for those starting out in the field. You'll play an essential role in our lively production area, where precision in basic math and measurement is important.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and adhere to product manufacturing procedures
• Operate and assemble components with provided guidance
• Collaborate with the team to ensure quality assurance
• Assist in equipment maintenance

• Maintain effective communication with supervisors and colleagues

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in basic math and measurement
• A proactive approach towards learning and adaptation
• Capability to lift 50 lbs and endure standing for prolonged periods
