B Shift: Manufacturing Associate – Full-Time Temp-to-Hire | B Shift | Lima, NY

Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a rewarding manufacturing role? Recent grads and those with some mechanical or production experience are encouraged to apply!

Join a clean, well-organized facility about 15–20 minutes from Henrietta, Avon, and Honeoye Falls. We offer paid hands-on training and a chance to develop your skills in a supportive environment.

Shift & Pay:

  • 2nd Shift (Mon–Fri, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM): $17.60/hr 

What You'll Do Each Day:
  • Operate and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Perform routine quality inspections and assist with packaging and labeling
  • Assist on the production line as needed, including inspecting, labeling, and shipping
  • Record production data and follow company safety standards
  • Keep your work area clean and organized
  • Support your team in meeting daily production goals

What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Reliable transportation (facility not accessible by bus)
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation
  • Dependable with strong attendance and a collaborative attitude
