Are you a skilled and passionate Manufacturing Engineer with a deep understanding of stamping, molding, assembly, and other critical manufacturing processes? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your expertise can directly impact product quality and output? If so, we want you on our team!
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will:

  • Be a Process Leader: Drive optimal performance in stamping, molding, assembly, and other manufacturing processes, ensuring top-notch quality and maximizing output.
  • Be a Tooling Expert: Leverage your deep knowledge of mold tooling, die tooling, machining, and assembly techniques to improve and refine our manufacturing processes.
  • Drive Standardization & Optimization: Implement and standardize best practices across our manufacturing environment, aligning with TEOA requirements and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Innovate Manufacturing Platforms: Design and develop cutting-edge manufacturing and automation platforms for both new product development and optimization of existing product lines.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Act as a crucial interface between engineering and manufacturing, ensuring seamless manufacturability of new designs and a smooth production ramp-up.
  • Utilize Your Expertise: Support Product Development in the selection and optimization of tooling for piece part production, ensuring the most suitable manufacturing concepts are implemented.
What you'll bring to the table:
  • Proven expertise in stamping, molding, assembly, and other manufacturing processes.
  • Deep knowledge of mold tooling, die tooling, machining, and other manufacturing tooling techniques.
  • Familiarity with LEAN or Six Sigma methodologies (DoE, FMEA, QFD, etc.).
  • Proficiency in CAD, CAE, industrial, or quality engineering tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
