Shape the Future of Medical Imaging: Manufacturing Engineering Technicians Needed!

We are seeking 3 highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineering Technicians to join our team in Waukesha, WI, supporting the groundbreaking Photon Counting CT (PCCT) detector engineering program. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in manufacturing cutting-edge medical devices that will revolutionize patient care.

What You'll Do:

  • Operate and maintain precise production equipment to manufacture CT detector components.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to execute experiments and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Set up equipment for production runs, following detailed instructions and adhering to strict quality standards.
  • Visually inspect components under a microscope to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Proactively identify and address safety hazards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Contribute to a cleanroom environment by adhering to 5S protocols.
  • Work Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Occasional Overtime)

What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of technical manufacturing experience OR Associates Degree.
  • Solid manufacturing experience and a safety-first mindset.
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
  • Exceptional fine motor skills and visual acuity for precise work.
  • Ability to logically troubleshoot at a subsystem and system level
  • Ability to understand and interpret basic written technical information.
  • Desire to contribute to process improvements and work collaboratively.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
