Associate Manufacturing Logistics Specialist Monday – Friday - 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate - $30.21 - $34
Position Summary
The Logistics Specialist supports end-to-end product flow across hazardous materials, R&D materials, clinical drug products, and inventory management operations. This role ensures compliant, accurate, and timely execution of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and documentation activities in accordance with internal SOPs, regulatory standards, and quality requirements.
This role is classified as 100% onsite due to the essential, hands-on nature of the job responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Shipping & Distribution-
Process hazardous materials, R&D materials, and product sample shipments in compliance with applicable regulations.

Manage domestic and international shipments, including preparation of shipping documentation and proper packaging.

Pick, pack, and ship clinical finished drug products to domestic and international destinations.

Ensure shipments meet regulatory, quality, and company standards.

Receive, inspect, and dispense finished goods, WIP inventory, and packaging components.

Maintain accurate inventory records within the inventory control system.

Perform routine inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Process rejected, returned, or expired drug products in accordance with approved procedures.

Coordinate and schedule product destruction activities with approved destruction facilities.

Handle hazardous materials in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with corporate retention policies.

Achieve proficiency in applicable SOPs and perform responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Identify and recommend updates or improvements to SOPs and processes when appropriate.

Safely operate warehouse material-handling equipment.

Maintain warehouse equipment and work areas in a clean, safe, and inspection-ready condition.

Access controlled storage areas as required.

Utilize internal systems, databases, and RF scanners to ensure accurate transaction processing.

Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
-
0–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, or regulated distribution environments.

Working knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse operations.
-
Experience with international shipping documentation required; IATA certification preferred.

Ability to meet TSA requirements, including successful background screening.

Ability to complete Certified Cargo Screening Program (CCSP) certification.

Experience operating warehouse material-handling equipment preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work occasional overtime as needed.
