As the Manufacturing Manager, you will lead all manufacturing, production planning, purchasing, and materials management operations to meet customer requirements in accordance with established quality, time, and cost standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing, performance, and improvement objectives to achieve excellence in production and materials management
- Recommend and implement improvements in production methods, equipment performance, and product quality in collaboration with quality, engineering, and process teams
- Build and lead a high-performing team by developing/mentoring staff and establishing a collaborative and aligned work environment
- Ensure all products are manufactured within rigorous standards of quality, timeliness, and cost
- Assure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements (including FDA and ISO standards), OSHA regulations, and safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment required- injectables preferred
- Minimum of a BS Degree in a related discipline
