Manufacturing Operator

Position Description:
Supporting essential Biotech product lines. In this role, you will be responsible for the final packaging of products by closely following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instruction Documents. Precision and attention to detail are key, as accuracy ensures product quality and safety.
Essential Functions:
- Operate and monitor production equipment, making necessary adjustments for smooth and high-quality operations.
- Collaborate with other technicians to fill, label, and package products.
- Understand and complete production paperwork (product and label reconciliation, labor sheets, fill, and torque checks).
- Follow manufacturing paperwork and SOPs precisely without deviation.
- Safely handle chemicals and hazardous materials according to safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, machines, and equipment.
- Adhere to ISO 13485 guidelines and all company safety protocols.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with coworkers and management.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Be flexible to work overtime and varying shifts as needed.
- Regular standing, walking, using hands, speaking, hearing, and smelling.
- Frequent reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Ability to sit for extended periods as needed.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
- Vision requirements: close, distance, color, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to work in a moderate noise environment.
- Proficient in basic packaging techniques, equipment operation, and record-keeping.
- Comfortable handling chemicals.
- Strong computational skills.
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and consistently.
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution required.
- Previous production or laboratory experience is preferred but not required.
