What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Technician? You'll be:
• Aligning performance to assigned KPI goals individually and for your team.
• Following written and oral instructions and providing process feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assembling and manufacturing products in conformance to quality requirements using hand tools, power tools, and high-speed automation equipment.
• Performing basic troubleshooting of equipment and processes.
• Supporting inventory management by performing accurate and timely inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Are able to be trained in specific skill sets as needed (e.g., soldering, electronic assembly, machining, injection molding).
• Are self-motivated and able to work independently.
