Pay Rate: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

We are currently hiring Manufacturing Technicians for a contingent role supporting a global medical device manufacturer. What You'll Do As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll be hands-on in producing and packaging medical devices, following rigorous standards and procedures to ensure the highest product quality and safety.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing assembly line work including washing, assembling, gluing, packaging, sealing, and sterilizing components and devices
  • Wrapping and preparing equipment for sterilization
  • Final packaging and labeling of medical products
  • Operating production equipment (sealers, autoclave, stir plates, etc.)
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the production area
  • Receiving and distributing supplies as needed
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and PPE requirements (scrubs, masks, gloves, etc.)
  • Showing reliable attendance and adapting to rotating job duties as required
  • Mastering standards, SOPs, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/cGMP) through training
  • Completing other duties as assigned
What You Bring We're looking for proactive, reliable candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills (able to follow written and verbal instructions and read work documents)
  • Ability to perform basic mathematics
  • Manufacturing experience preferred but not required—entry level candidates are welcome
  • Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety
Physical & Environmental Requirements
  • Stand or sit for up to 8 hours per shift (with breaks)
  • Lift up to 25 pounds on your own, or up to 65 pounds as part of a team lift
  • Perform repetitive hand/arm motions and frequent fine hand coordination
  • Work in a clean room environment wearing required PPE (scrubs, bonnets, masks, gloves, etc.)
  • Occasionally push/pull carts with product or solution
  • Visual acuity of 20/25 (corrective lenses okay)
