Marketing Communications Analyst
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Marketing Communications Analyst for one of our top clients in Somerville, NJ.
Position Overview

  • The Marketing Communications Analyst will play a pivotal support and executional role within Marketing Operations, working closely with the Marketing Communications Manager to ensure seamless delivery of communication initiatives.
  • This position is ideal for someone who excels in administrative tasks, is technologically adept, and brings a creative mindset to content management and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for the Marketing Communications Manager, executing communication strategies and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Own and maintain the internal podcast channel, including: Coordinating content recording, creation, and copy approval with the marketing team.
  • Managing the podcast content calendar and publishing episodes on schedule.
  • Making recommendations and implementing improvements to the channel and its series.
  • Receive, process, and publish headline requests on the internal portal for US Surgery teams, ensuring accuracy and stakeholder alignment.
  • Monitor asset expiration dates on the sales enablement platform e.g., Showpad and proactively notify Marketing teams of upcoming expirations to ensure resources remain current and compliant.
  • Support the organization and governance of digital assets, partnering with the Digital Brand team as needed.
  • Edit and update playbooks and other critical resources as needed to maintain accuracy and relevance.
  • Monitor the shared Sales Marketing mailbox, triaging and responding to inquiries or routing requests to the appropriate team members to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Additional responsibilities in support of Marketing Operations as needed.

Qualifications Education:
  • Preferred Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in marketing communications or marketing operations.

Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative approach to storytelling and content design.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and marketing automation tools, with the ability to leverage technology for efficiency.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital asset management platforms e.g., Showpad, Optimizer.
  • Technologically savvy, comfortable adopting new tools and optimizing workflows.
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, including InDesign, for layout and design of marketing materials.
Preferred:
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
