Description

Kelly is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Brea, with experience in working with social media and administrative tasks. 

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25.00 hr. - $29.00 hr. DOE

WORK HOURS: 8:00am – 5:00pm [Monday – Friday]
Hybrid: Mon & Fri [work from Home] & Tue - Thurs [Brea Office]

What's a typical day as a Marketing Coordinator? You'll be:
- Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute tradeshows, conferences, and promotional events
- Coordinating logistics for events, including booth setup, shipping, and team attendance
- Working closely with third-party vendors for show logistics and managing relationships
- Developing and maintaining trade show spreadsheets to track event details
- Supporting the Marketing Managers in campaign planning, execution, and analytics for downstream marketing
campaigns
- Assisting in measuring the performance of marketing programs and campaigns by generating reports on key marketing metrics
- Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are accurate and current
- Attending local mid-week shows only to help set up and see ideas from other vendors.
- Inventory trade show products and make sure items are in stock for the next events. 

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent education (a bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred)
- Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Have experience with project management software, preferably Smartsheet
- Possess intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Are able to quickly learn computer business systems
- Have effective verbal and written communication skills in English
