Committed to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Supervisor with Administrative Responsibilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead marketing initiatives while also overseeing administrative tasks critical to the smooth operation of the marketing department. This position is a full-time, in-office position, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Supervisor who can take charge of our marketing efforts and provide administrative support to ensure the efficiency of our marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on administrative tasks.
Salary Range: $45-$55k. We are open to a little higher if the candidate checks all our boxes.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:

  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media and website, email marketing, updates online content, makes regular posts, online advertising, engages with followers, and answers questions in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote pool chemicals and water treatment products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials that effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Creates marketing material or oversees in-house or external visual artist(s) to create brand-appropriate materials in different forms of media (such as videos, literature, flyers, posters etc.)
  • Analyze marketing metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Writes and/or edits content for newsletters, marketing material, new courses, social media, press releases and other Marketing-related items.
  • Coordinates marketing calendar to ensure selected print & digital ad placements, seasonal promotions, newsletters, and social media posts are synchronized across all company efforts.
  • Works with Operational team to create mockups, artwork, label design etc. as needed for office use.
Administrative:
  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of marketing activities, including events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Facilitates Tradeshow and Tabletop planning from beginning to completion throughout the country, including organizing paperwork, samples, purchases, hotel reservations, designing tabletop and tradeshow booths, set-up and packing of show materials.
  • Develops and oversees the marketing budgets and expenses, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Analyzes sales numbers and works with Sales Manager to determine trends & opportunities.
  • Works with Sales team to create regional promotions.
  • Assists in decision making process for allocating funds across Marketing categories.
  • Coordinate communication between marketing and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Coordinates lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Oversee the ordering and inventory management of marketing materials and promotional items.
  • Handle general office tasks, including answering phones, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements for the marketing team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position required.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience creating digital media-related graphics.
  • Please submit a portfolio with digital media graphics or other visual art and writing samples.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the pool chemical or water treatment industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Other Requirements:
