Are you passionate about advancing clinical diagnostic excellence? We seek an experienced General Laboratory Supervisor to join our dynamic team in a CAP/CLIA-certified laboratory focusing on high-complexity Mass Spectrometry testing for Minimal Residual Disease (MRD). This pivotal role will oversee laboratory operations, ensuring unparalleled test quality and strict adherence to regulatory standards while driving innovation and efficiency. As a key leader, you will leverage your strong technical acumen in clinical laboratory science and Mass Spectrometry, alongside comprehensive knowledge of CLIA and CAP guidelines, to maintain and enhance laboratory performance. Responsibilities
Technical Execution & Oversight

  • Lead day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring precise and timely Mass Spectrometry testing.
  • Oversee sample preparation, instrument operation, and data analysis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Address and troubleshoot technical challenges, escalating complex issues as necessary.
Regulatory & Quality Compliance
  • Uphold CLIA, CAP, and internal SOP standards, ensuring rigorous compliance.
  • Conduct quality control reviews, implement corrective actions, and maintain meticulous records of equipment maintenance and calibrations.
Team Support & Training
  • Mentor laboratory technologists, facilitating training and ongoing competency evaluations.
  • Manage inventory, supply orders, and resource allocation for optimal workflow efficiency.
Documentation & Process Support
  • Participate in SOP revisions and document control processes.
  • Contribute to validation studies and incorporation of new assays or protocols.
Qualifications
  • General Laboratory Supervisor for High-Complexity Testing or Director-level qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field with 1 year of specialized training and experience in high-complexity Mass Spectrometry testing, or Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related science, with 4 years of relevant experience in Mass Spectrometry
