Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Starting at $17.81 per hour

What's a typical day as a Material Coordinator? You'll be:
• Receiving, storing, dispensing, transferring, or shipping materials per standard operating procedures in a primarily cGMP environment.
• Using inventory systems to resolve basic system issues within ERP system.
• Reviewing and verifying cGMP transactions.
• Operating Power Industrial Vehicles (PIV) to move warehouse materials.
• Adhering to OSHA, DOT, and Amgen policies and regulations.
• Identifying and reporting operational issues and process improvement opportunities to leadership.
• Maintaining compliant training records.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Preparing for regulatory inspections and audits.
• Power user of inventory systems and multiple quality, operations, and logistical software applications.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma/GED and 1 year of Supply Chain work and/or military experience OR an Associate's degree.
• Demonstrate values.
• Have the ability to safely operate trucks or vans.
• Can safely handle, transport, and manage hazardous materials.
• Are able to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Have keen attention to detail and can follow complex written procedures.
• Possess strong computer skills and can operate efficiently within multiple software applications.
• Have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Can prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Understand and adhere to cGMP.
• Have good problem-solving skills and can interact constructively with peers and clients.
• Can perform effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Have basic customer service skills.
