At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we're seeking Material Handlers to join our innovative manufacturing team in Rochester, NY. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where quality and innovation are paramount, this role is for you.

Details: B Shift, paying $17-20/hr. (Depending on experience). Temp to Hire.

What does a typical day look like for this position? You'll be...

• Pulling raw materials and cutting them to size based on production schedules and cut sheets.
• Delivering cut stock to designated areas and maintaining accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
• Organizing materials according to job numbers and ensuring proper documentation for job history.
• Interpreting production schedules and reports to pull, mix, and pre-dry materials for molding processes.
• Loading materials into machine hoppers and maintaining resin levels during production.
• Transporting finished products to the loading area and assisting with shipments.
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed and maintaining a clean work environment.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you...

• Have at least 2 years of experience in material handling or a similar field.
• Are familiar with computer software and have strong attention to detail.
• Have good math skills and the ability to manage inventory accurately.
• Are capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and working in a loud environment.
• Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Possess forklift operation experience.
