Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Hyde Park, UT
Pay Rate: $17.60 - $18.40/hr
Hours: Day, Night and Weekend shifts available
About the Role:
- Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and process items for storage and shipment, ensuring high quality and timely delivery to customers
- Receive materials and finished goods, verifying quality, type, and amount with proper documentation
- Operate safely in a warehouse environment under various temperatures, including room temperature, cold-room, and freezer-room
- Utilize distribution equipment effectively and complete required training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of related experience, with logistics experience in a life science company preferred
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and instructions accurately and meet schedules
- Skilled in operating powered industrial trucks and equipment at various heights
- Basic computer skills to navigate ERP systems, Outlook, and shipping software
- Able to stand, reach, and lift up to 25lbs consistently, and occasionally sit, kneel, crouch, crawl and lift up to 50lbs
- May handle “packaged” hazardous materials
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
- Available to work any shift, flexible with schedules, hours, and overtime as needed
