Description

Kelly is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Material Handler to join our team at Mentor in Coppell, TX. This role is responsible for receiving, distributing, assembling, and storing finished goods in our sales warehouse or customer locations as directed. The position also includes handling materials receipt, disbursement, and related warehouse activities to support accurate inventory and efficient operations.
Work Environment: Warehouse setting; may require standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment for extended periods.
Location: Coppell, TX
Schedule: Day Shift
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Pick finished goods throughout the warehouse according to sales order ship lists.
  • Process incoming goods and supplies, including unpacking, verifying, labeling, and distributing to designated locations.
  • Fill out requisitions for goods and materials as needed.
  • Coordinate with relevant shipping companies and departments to arrange shipments.
  • Assist in preparing products and equipment for shipping.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided if needed).
  • Perform physical inventories and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain records of pending delivery requests and notify supervisors of any delays or issues.
  • Keep logbooks and documentation updated to support efficient material flow.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are maintained.
  • Support other material handling tasks, including tracking all incoming and outgoing materials and maintaining physical inventory.
  • Handle all materials with care and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 0–2 years of related warehouse or material handling experience (preferred but not required).
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift and move materials safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer and recordkeeping skills a plus.
