Kelly® is seeking  Material Handlers/ Forklift Drivers for a manufacturing company in Charlotte, NC. 

$17 to $19.00 per hour based on experience

What's a typical day as a Material Handler/Forklift Driver? You'll be:
• Maintaining inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory
• Locating materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed in Bills of Materials (BOM) and issuing them to the proper shop/job location
• Interpreting BOM and creating shop orders/job kits if necessary
• Documenting materials by recording units delivered and location of units along with periodic cycle counting to solve any inventory errors and reconciling in the ERP system
• Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience
• Have a minimum of 2 years of forklift driving experience
• Have a background in ERP, preferably Epicor, inventory/record keeping, and job transactions
• Have strong attention to detail, are extremely organized, and self-motivated
• Have the ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
• Are effective at prioritization, a self-starter with the ability to work independently in a challenging fast-paced environment
• Have a desire to learn and continue developing knowledge and skills
• Are a high-energy team player with a positive attitude
• Have flexible work hours (standard shift 5:00 am – 3:30 pm, M-Th, Friday and Saturday OT as required)
• Have the ability to lift and carry 75 pounds, frequently walk and stand, and frequently sit on a forklift
• Have the ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
