Material Handler/ Imaging Specialist

Location: Houston, TX
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare, scan, and quality-check documents following client specifications.
  • Enter and verify data; maintain accurate logs.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot scanning equipment.
  • Support team training and ensure adherence to safety and procedural guidelines.
  • Transport documents as required.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of work experience in a service-driven, team setting preferred.
  • Basic PC and computer skills.
  • Detail-oriented; able to maintain order and accuracy in handling documents.
  • Routinely lift 20–60 lbs, bend, stand, perform overhead reaching, and repetitive movement.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
