Warehouse Lead – Material Handler
- Hazleton, PA
- Full-Time | Multiple Shifts available
- 1st Shift: (Wed-Sat, 5am-3:30pm), $21/hr
- 2nd Shift: (Sun-Wed, 4pm-2:30am), $23/hr
- 2nd Shift: (Wed-Sat, 4pm-2:30am), $23/hr
- Direct Hire
- Receive, unload, tag, and move incoming parts/equipment
- Pick and stage parts for production and outbound shipments
- Operate forklifts, walkies, and RF scanners safely and efficiently
- Ensure proper pallet building, cross-docking, and inventory packaging
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Assist with training and lead by example on best practices and safety
- Collaborate with supervisors on warehouse improvement and accuracy
- 2–4 years of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience with sit-down forklifts, walkies, RF scanners
- Familiarity with WMS/QMS and Lean Warehouse practices
- Basic PC skills, Microsoft Office, and handheld device use
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Able to lift 60 lbs, stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Attention to detail, team leadership, and strong communication skills
