Material Handler / Scanner 
Location: San Jose, CA
Shift:AM 7AM- 3:30PM  and Swing- 3:30PM- 12AM Monday to Friday
Pay: $20/HR

Position Overview:
Join our team as a Material Handler / Scanner, where you will play an essential role in our document production and scanning operations. You'll be responsible for prepping, scanning, and performing quality control on documents of varying sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare documents for scanning: remove staples, jog papers, gather and organize documents in correct order
• Scan documents, including both large and small formats
• Perform quality control on all scanned documents
• Operate cutting equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate records of processed materials

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in quality control tasks preferred
• Prior experience working with a Cutter is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
• Strong attendance record
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with customers and coworkers
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
