Job Title: Material Specialist
Location: Waterloo, IA
Assignment Length: 12 Months (As a W2 employee of KellyOCG working for John Deere)
Shift Information: Hours: 6 AM to 2:30 PM with possible overtime.
Pay Rate: $24.50ph

Qualifications:
• Education: 4-year degree in any business-related field.
Experience:
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
• Open to recent graduates, though preference will be given to candidates with 3-5 years of work history post-graduation.
• Professional experience dealing with all types of workforce (union workers, managers, leadership, etc)
• Work Location: This position will spend 50% of the time working on the shop floor.
Interview Process:
• Interviews will be conducted onsite.
• Business casual dress code.
• Candidates will need metatarsal protection for the first day.
Additional Information:
• This position has the potential of driving a John Deere-owned Gator on the shop floor after successful training completion.
• Some travel between Waterloo sites for meetings utilizing a personal vehicle should be expected.
