Materials Coordinator
Location: Flower Mound, TX
Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour

We're currently hiring a Materials Coordinator for a key role in supporting manufacturing and procurement operations.


What You'll Be Doing:

• Plan, schedule, and monitor the inbound movement of materials from suppliers
• Determine material requirements to support production goals
• Coordinate materials flow with purchasing, production, and engineering teams
• Track inventory levels and ensure on-time material availability
• Develop specifications for new contract and procurement orders
• Follow well-defined procedures and routines within supply chain operations
• Utilize ERP systems and internal databases to update and monitor material status

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in materials coordination, supply chain, or logistics
• Familiarity with inventory planning and procurement processes
• Basic understanding of production schedules and material flow
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work within clearly defined guidelines and procedures
• Comfortable collaborating across departments (e.g., production, purchasing, engineering)
