Pay: $21+ per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Our client, a respected name in food manufacturing, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced production professional for a Level III role in their meat room operations. This is a hands-on, physically active role that plays a key part in meeting daily production targets. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of food or meat production experience and thrives in fast-paced environments where teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement are critical.
This role is best suited for someone who leads by example, stays focused under pressure, and brings a positive, team-oriented approach to their work.
What You Will Be Doing-
Operating machinery and performing manual labor in the meat production room

Taking initiative to identify and address production issues before they impact output

Monitoring equipment and recognizing when adjustments or maintenance are needed

Supporting the team in hitting daily production goals with consistency and urgency

Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment

Promoting safety, quality, and efficiency in all work areas

Participating in continuous improvement efforts and offering ideas for process enhancements

Assisting and motivating teammates to stay productive and aligned with shift objectives

Working closely with supervisors in a collaborative, hands-on environment

You have at least 3 years of experience in food production, preferably in meat processing

You are a proactive problem-solver who does not wait to be told what needs to be done

You understand how production lines and equipment should operate and act quickly when issues arise

You consistently help your team stay on track and hit performance targets

You bring a growth mindset, stay positive under pressure, and look for ways to improve
