Shift: 2nd shift (3PM-11PM)
Title: Associate Assembler - 2nd Shift
Hourly Rate: $15.91 + shift differential ($1.70) total 17.61

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform high-precision manual assembly of small medical components, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Visually inspect work for proper assembly; use microscopes or magnification tools to verify specifications are met.
  • Set up and operate packaging devices and equipment while maintaining focus and accuracy.
  • Assemble, label, and package sterile and non-sterile products or sub-assemblies according to established procedures.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation and labeling records.
  • Print labels and verify correctness prior to packaging.
  • Follow all cleanroom gowning and PPE requirements at all times.
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance on tools, equipment, and machines.
  • Maintain consistent productivity while standing for long durations in a controlled environment.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Work Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on assembly or packaging experience, preferably involving small parts, repetitive manual tasks, or precision work (medical device, electronics, manufacturing, optics, jewelry, or similar industries).
Physical & Dexterity Requirements
  • Demonstrated manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small components.
  • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work at established production rates without sacrificing quality.
  • Proven reliability in meeting attendance and overtime requirements.
  • Basic English speaking, reading, and comprehension skills required.
