Our partner is seeking new team members for a growing team in Grand Rapids, MI! Essential Functions:
- Answers incoming phone calls and responds to member emails and voicemails. Responsible for any in-person questions that come up as well. Handles through to completion member questions on payments, information changes, etc. according to established department policies and procedures.
- Addresses member complaints and/or issues, escalating as appropriate. Forwards any specialized questions to the appropriate staff member. Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Responsibilities:
- 1-3 years of call center or similar experience.
- Experience working in mortgage a plus.
- Ability to handle inbound calls on a dialer.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to remain professional in high intense situations/strong customer service skills.
- Strong communication, both verbal and written.
- Quick learner and takes initiative (proactive in their approach)
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to quick deadlines.
