Responsabilidades:

• Visitar diariamente las tiendas asignadas para promover y asegurar la buena exhibición de productos.
• Mantener inventarios, preparar reportes de gestión y verificar la rotación adecuada de productos.
• Gestionar pedidos y reposición de mercancía con encargados de tienda.
• Implementar material POP y asegurar la correcta rotulación de los productos.
• Monitorear precios, inventarios y acciones competitivas en el mercado.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia comprobable de al menos 3 años en promociones, preferiblemente en supermercados o cadenas retail.
• Conocimiento en productos cárnicos frescos y congelados (preferible, pero no indispensable).
• Manejo intermedio de Microsoft Excel.
• Auto propio y disponibilidad para moverse diariamente entre tiendas asignadas.
• Excelente presentación, actitud proactiva y orientación a resultados.

Condiciones:

• Jornada: Lunes a viernes de 8am a 5pm (40 horas semanales).
• Salario base: $13 - $16 por hora, dependiendo experiencia
• Asignación de auto: $500 mensuales.
• Gasolina: $100 mensuales.
• Incentivos adicionales.
