Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Specialist!

Location: Worthington, OH / Lewis Center, OH
Compensation: $16/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift, with potential weekend assignments
Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm or 10:00am-6:30pm

  • Engage Directly: Be the voice of our company, assisting our valued customers via phone, email, or online chat.
  • Troubleshoot with Confidence: Utilize your skills to resolve issues and provide effective solutions for mobile devices and services.
  • Collaborate & Coordinate: Work closely with service providers, IT Help Desks, and MDM Administrators to deliver on service expectations.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Handle inquiries and complaints with tact while maintaining customer records accurately.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Six (6) months or more experience in customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones, with experience in working with wireless devices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Note: An ATF clearance will be required for this role to ensure security and reliability in handling customer data.
