Job Summary:
As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our Production Team, ensuring that we produce high-quality products safely and efficiently. If you have a keen eye for detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess a technical aptitude, this seasonal position could lead to exciting full-time opportunities!
Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Seasonal (April 15th - September 30th, with potential for full-time transition)
- Location: Bellevue, WA
- Pay Rate: $18.98 - $29.20
- Shift: 4 ten-hour shifts, swing,
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring materials are replenished as needed.
- Set up machinery and prepare production materials for use.
- Conduct visual inspections of production runs and document results to confirm product quality.
- Identify and report malfunctions, safety hazards, and product defects to supervisors or managers.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas to uphold safety and performance standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate.
- Ability to learn and operate assigned production equipment fully.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
