Job Title: Netherlands Customer Support (PRISM ERP)
Location: Gilbert, AZ (Hybrid Work Schedule)
Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (flexible based on candidate availability) Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Netherlands Customer Support representative. In this temporary role, you will provide support to our customer base in the Netherlands, utilizing the PRISM ERP system to ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and processes.
- Proficient in multi-tasking across various programs.
- Hybrid work schedule: Work in our Gilbert office 85297 on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Flexibility to adjust in-office days with prior notice for meetings or other requirements.
