Pharmaceutical Machine Operator 
Kelly® is in search of machine operators to work for a premier pharmaceutical company in Fort Washington, PA. Let us help you grow at work and discover the next step in your career!

Location: Fort Washington, PA
Pay Rate: $23/hr
Shift: 12-hour shifts on a 2,2,3 schedule 6:15am-6: 45pm

What You Will Do
As a machine operator, you will perform all responsibilities necessary to operate, troubleshoot, set up, adjust, repair, and maintain equipment while executing the manufacturing processes. This role follows a 12-hour shift schedule on a 12-day cycle, including 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of tasks including process execution and monitoring to ensure product quality and manufacturing throughput.
  • Execute manual tasks such as feeding, dispensing, charging, mixing, sorting, inspecting, assembling, and picking.
  • Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment, ensuring an adequate supply of components.
  • Complete all documentation requirements accurately, including SAP transactions.
  • Conduct final checks and verifications as indicated in batch records and SOPs.
  • Order and receive materials, ensuring proper identification and usage.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Ability to work the Night Shift and weekends.
  • Previous GMP experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  •  

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous pharmaceutical experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Production Automation Systems (e.g., Wonderware, MES, SAP) highly preferred.
