Description

Kelly Services is looking for a couple of Onboarding Specialists to support our branch office in Springfield, TN. These in-office roles are essential to creating a smooth, positive experience for new hires and ensuring compliance throughout the onboarding process.
Location: Springfield, TN
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
In House Temp
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in applicants with professionalism and courtesy
  • Distribute and support application completion
  • Initiate background screenings
  • Conduct oral mouth swab drug tests
  • Complete I-9 verifications and ensure compliance with employment eligibility requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all onboarding documents
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Prior HR, recruiting, or onboarding experience is required
  • Ability to maintain a professional and polite demeanor in a fast-paced environment
