Operations Associate

Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm (Hybrid, 2 to 3 days in office)

What's a typical day as a Operations Associate? You'll be
  • Executing administrative, operational, and research-based tasks to support business development initiatives.
  • You will act as a cross-functional liaison between departments and business units to ensure project alignment and continuity, communicating professionally with internal stakeholders and external clients through clear oral and written correspondence.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to workflows, tools, and departmental deliverables, as well as writing, maintaining, and updating workflows and standard operating procedures for consistent operations.
  • Support intake and processing of client orders from multiple sources, ensuring compliance and adherence to business rules.
  • Ensure data integrity and transparency in database development and system-driven task management
  • Create and maintain client accounts, generate invoices, and centralize application materials for seamless order fulfillment.
  • Validating incoming orders for compliance with client expectations and pricing structures.
  • Collaborating with service teams to execute client deliverables and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Partner with other teams to onboard new clients and contribute to organizational growth.
  • Maintain and enhance internal knowledge databases through research and information updates
  • Pivot across teams to support large-scale projects or strategic initiatives as needed.


This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Possess at least 2 years of customer service and/or licensing experience
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills for communication with partner representatives, agencies, colleagues, and clients.
  • Have experience training, guiding, and mentoring others.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines for multiple concurrent projects
  • Skilled at identifying and implementing process improvements, and can adapt to changing regulatory environments.
  • Are able to work independently, handle pressure, multi-task, and prioritize effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
