Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00 to $29.00 (Factors affecting pay may include shift, geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications)

Job Summary:
Providing clerical support to the Preventive Maintenance team by performing various assigned duties.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist the Preventive Maintenance team with daily duties.
  • Electronic filing of PM completion files to corresponding service contracts.
  • Enter Field PM order and schedule information into Salesforce.
  • Input service requests in Oracle for Preventive Maintenance and service loaners.
  • Investigate and collaborate with appropriate departments to resolve issues impacting the Preventive Maintenance process.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by management.
  • Attach supporting documents to Salesforce cases.
  • Enter/manage preventive maintenance cases in ERP Oracle.
  • Perform serial number inquiries and research.
  • Enter sales orders to ship PM service kits to ZOLL technicians.
  • Close PM service requests.
  • Run daily reports.

Skills Requirements:

  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to exercise independent judgment.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Capable of prioritizing activities and performing multiple tasks.
  • Energetic, creative, and goal-oriented team player.
  • Heightened sense of personal responsibility, including punctuality, attendance, and commitment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Previous customer interface skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and internal customer interface skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
